My life has come full circle. This morning, I was back at the Central Y Tri. Two years ago, the Central Y Tri was my first tri ever (thanks you, Lia). My friend Laura has caught the Tri bug and is rocking her age group.
I haven't done any triathlons since last April when I was in Las Vegas. My long hiatus and lack of training showed in my times. But I did have a really fun time and used my "Puke and Rally" and "Love the Pain" signs to cheer people on.

Way to go - that Tri was so fun. I remember just trying to keep running and not walking. You kept zooming past me! I am proud of you!
